The Floor

Tokenised shares, traded against pools on Ink. Anybody can trade here — you do not need a broker. Owning one cuts the fee, and every fee collected is paid out to brokers by the desk. Prices come from the pools themselves, quoted before you sign.

Depth is what each pool holds on the quote side; price is a live quote for $100 of the share, not a ratio of those balances. Liquidity is concentrated, so past a pool's funded range it stops paying more — quote the size you mean to trade.

The rate is read from your broker's live seat and from who owns it right now. Sell the broker and the discount goes with it, in the same block.

The shares, and who issues them

xStocks are issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited, a Jersey special purpose vehicle registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission. Each one is a bearer debt instrument — a tracker certificate giving economic exposure to the underlying equity. It is not the share itself and carries no shareholder or voting rights. What trades here are the wrapped versions of those tokens on Ink.

For the EU and EEA the products are governed by a base prospectus approved by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority, with Final Terms per product. Approval of a prospectus is not an endorsement. Read it before deciding anything: assets.backed.fi/legal-documentation.

Not for U.S. Persons, and not offered to UK clients. xStocks are not marketed, offered or solicited in the United States, to U.S. Persons, or in any other prohibited jurisdiction, and are not promoted or offered to clients based in the UK. If that is you, this page is not for you.

Nothing on this page is an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or advice. This interface is not run by the issuer and sells nothing of its own: it routes a trade you sign yourself against public pools on Ink, and takes a fee that the desk pays out to brokers. A round pays what the desk collected and nothing is promised beyond that.
